Te Whare Tapa Wha

This term, we have been learning about looking after our health, particularly through exercise. We looked at Te Whare Tapa Wha and considered ways that we could look after our physical, mental, social and spiritual health.     Great video! Thanks for sharing your healthy choices for food. Your sandwiches look amazing. You are right, tuna is good protein, and it's always good to add veges to breakfast, lunch and dinner. I try to drink at least two big bottles of water a day and more in summer. How much water do you drink each day? I also try and exercise everyday. I either go to the gym or go for a walk. You are so lucky to run everyday at school to increase your fitness. Do you play other sports outside of school or exercise in other ways?
