🐙 Octopus Facts by Makayla & Amelia

               

 This week Room 4 have been learning about Octopus! To start off, we all sat down on the mat and shared what we already knew or learned about the octopus. We then watched a video that showed us some key information about octopus, like how they camouflage. We definitely picked up a lot of facts and even though we knew some already the video allowed us to look into it in more depth.Amelia and Makayla then partnered up to make this presentation. They used all the facts that they learnt from the videos and from the web (see the links in their presentation).

    Hello, my name is Jacob From yaldhurst Model School I am a year 8. I really enjoyed this blog post about Octopus Facts you did. It is interesting to learn about Octopus facts. You should add a video about a octopus in your slide next time. But keep up the grate work.

    That blog post was interesting as well as amazing because it contained many cool facts.
    My favourite fact was octopus has 3 hearts.
    I guess you have worked hard on the DLO.
    Could you tell me how many legs octopus has?

    Kia Ora PES Room 4, my name is Katelynn and I am Year 8 at Grey Main School in Totara 1.

    These are some really interesting facts about the octopus. I really liked the way you presented on a slide with lots of detail, images and lots of colour. Maybe next time you could... actually this a great presentation nothing needs to be changed or improved.

    What was your favourite fact you learnt about octopus's? Mine would have been that most octopus's are said to have a little bit of venom and also that they can paralyse a human.
